KENNETH RAY OWEN - RMO

Kenneth R Owen has a proven track record with over 30 years’ experience in large scale construction projects throughout California. Mr. Owen is a fully qualified General Engineering Contractor; General Building Contractor and Earthwork and Paving Expert.

These three elements enable him to oversee exterior structure construction from ground up, be responsible for fixed works involving specialized engineering knowledge for example in the fields of irrigation, water power supply, reclamation works, highways, streets and roads and oversee digging, moving and placing of materials forming the surface of the earth other than water. This involves cutting, filling, excavation, grading, trench work, backfilling or tunnels using explosives to do so if required. His Earthwork and Paving qualifications also enable him to mix, fabricate and place paving and any other surfacing material.

Kenneth brings his wealth of technical construction expertise & knowledge and his experience to each new project and remains as passionate about his work as he was at the beginning of his career.

DAVID MOR - CEO/PRESIDENT

David Mor is something of a prodigy. Coming from a family of construction experts Mr Mor began working in the industry at eighteen years old. In a short time he has made remarkable progress and has been involved with planning and overseeing many large scale international residential projects. Since settling in Los Angeles, 8 years ago David now focuses on Southern Californian projects mainly in the Los Angeles County area. He thrives off the multi-faceted aspects of his role, providing excellent customer service to clientele and using his eye for design and wealth of product knowledge to create unforgettable construction projects. David moves easily from communicating with customer, designers and engineers to site personnel. He is the lynch-pin of the organization and responsible for the everyday smooth running and success of the company.

RAYMOND HAWKINS – HEAD OF ARCHITECTURE

A dedicated professional with 33 years’ architectural experience, Ray Hawkins is famous for inspiring KCD’s customers with design excellence and innovation. Ray is talented in many areas including Architectural Design, Industrial Facilities Space Planning and Construction Project Management. He is also an earthquake retrofit expert and conducts structural and feasibility reports according to need. Raymond Hawkins is head of the Architectural and Design team at KCD and together with Dima Dubovis is responsible for turning your dreams into a practical reality!

DIMA DUBOVIS - PROJECT MANAGER

Dima Dubovis has over ten years’ experience overseeing the company’s projects. Reporting directly to David Mor on the daily progress of the construction sites, Mr Dubovis is responsible for ensuring that all deadlines are met according to the strict guidelines set out in the planning stages of KCD’s contracts. He liaises frequently with both Adi Ben Yaacov and Emma Feldman in handling the intricacies of managing the company’s projects. He also keeps in touch with our customers on a regular basis so that they are fully briefed on progress and advises them on product choices and design ideas when they need help.

ANDRES BADENA - HEAD OF SITES MANAGER

Andres Badena has been with the company group for 15 years and is responsible for overseeing the site progress of individual construction jobs happening concurrently in the business. He is in charge of all site personnel, ensuring that all the safety guidelines are met. Mr Badena reports directly to Dima Dubovis and when necessary David Mor, to ensure that all regulatory building requirements are fulfilled prior to local inspections.

ADI BEN YAACOV - CHIEF ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Ensuring that the fund management budgets are adhered to during the course of large scale construction projects is of critical importance. Adi Ben Yaacov has a proven track record in both project management and company accounting and has been with the Company Corporation for 3 years. Ms Ben Yaacov is now responsible for the fund management of all our large scale projects and liaises with both Andres Badena and David Mor to ensure that funds are properly managed from Project Commencement to Completion.

With 12 years experience in Business Management & Administration, Emma Feldman is responsible for the smooth running of the head offices at Keter Construction & Development. She is responsible for overseeing all administrative requirements associated with the Corporation as well as day to day management of the office staff.
